What We Do: Rush, Marcroft and Associates (RMA) is an association of experienced professionals who specialize in agricultural and environmental investigations and problem solving. While part of what we do is to gather relevant information, more importantly, we analyze this information to offer opinions and support solutions. We have vast experience in applying reasoned evaluations that address possible (and often multiple) underlying causes. We provide recommendations and approaches based upon both past experience and novel approaches associated with responsibility, prevention, and remediation. While much of what we do involves after-the-fact analysis associated with losses and litigation, our experience provides maximum benefit in resolving current issues before they are litigated, and with the objective of prevention of future errors.
It is often important to involve RMA early in the process while the data and evidence are still present and fresh. This is especially true when sampling. Interviews and data gathering in the early stages is highly beneficial in either resolving developing issues, or when the issues are eventually litigated. Based in Salinas, California, with associates on both coasts and interior California, operating domestically and internationally, Rush Marcroft and Associates has a combined experience of over 120 years, and has conducted thousands of crop loss investigations in nearly every commodity.
